Christian Farradj serves as Protopsaltis and Youth Pastor at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Phoenix, AZ.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he grew up attending St. John the Evangelist Antiochian Orthodox Church in Orinda, CA, where he was tonsured as a Reader in 2016. In 2024, Christian earned a diploma in Byzantine Music from the Hellenic Conservatory of Music & Arts in Athens and the School of Ecclesiastical Music of Mount Lebanon.

He is the creator and host of “A Joyful Noise”, a series on Ancient Faith Kids platform that explores the beauty of Byzantine chant. Additionally, Christian is a member of the National Antiochian Orthodox Choir of North America and teaches Byzantine music locally in Phoenix.
