A lifelong singer and musician, Jean-Marc studied music at Westmont College, where he was also introduced to Orthodox Christianity. His experience of ecclesiastical chant was unlike any other musical expression, and he began to seek out its authentic expression.

Jean-Marc has served as choir director, reader, and first chanter at Saint Peter the Apostle in Pomona, California, where he strives to share with others his love for the sacred art. Jean-Marc sang with the Southern California Byzantine Choir under the direction of Dr. Alex Khalil. He is a member of the National Antiochian Orthodox Choir of North America, and student of Masterchanter John Michael Boyer.

He and his beautiful wife enjoy singing together in church, and with their five children. Jean-Marc has been a member of Sons of Antioch since its inception in 2021.
